This exam is not an issue-spotter with a recall section attached. It is a recall exam with three essays attached. The outline is built accordingly: every crime is a preamble plus elements, and every element is separately answerable.
Part Three gives you forty minutes for twenty definitions. That is two minutes each, and the introductory language counts. Pick a mode and start.
